We run a competitive training and teams programme for ages 5 (u6) to 13 (u14).

Our teams play across the best leagues in the area, representing JPL, ENG, Surrey Youth and Eat Berks.

Football Ideology: Team

It's very easy to say something as simple as;

"We want our teams to play attractive Football through the thirds of the pitch".

This is cliche and easy to pass of a clubs ideology, with no real substance behind it.

Every team wants to play attractive Football through the thirds.

Our style of play and identity will be out intelligence.

And our Maverickism.

Yes, we've invented a new Football term - 'Maverickism'.

We want spectators to watch a Gen Lions team and leave thinking...

'We want to watch them again', and 'I want my child to play for Gen Lions'.

At Gen Lions, we play entertaining and brave Football.

We're dynamic and free flowing.

We're pro-active.

We're adaptable.

We're aggressive.

We're passionate.

We never give up.

No matter what, we rise to the occasion.

Whatever our tactical decisions may be, we dominate at what we do.

We demonstrate quality at every opportunity.
